Pressure vessels

We design and manufacture tanks, columns, boiler bodies (drums) and separators. We will prepare a complete technical solution with thermal-hydraulic and strength calculations and detailed drawing documentation according to customer requirements. We manufacture in our own production plants, where we are able to produce pressure vessels with an operating pressure of up to 30 MPa (300 bar) and a temperature of 300°C.

Dimensions and materials with virtually no restrictions

At our plants, we are able to manufacture equipment with the following parameters:

maximum diameter: 5,500 mm
maximum length: 30,000 mm

We manufacture from the following materials:

carbon steel
stainless steel
titanium
brass

Equipment for extreme conditions

We design and supply our customers with tubular heat exchangers and pressure vessels for operating pressures up to 30 MPa (300 bar) and temperatures up to 300 °C (medium – water/steam), or even for higher pressures or temperatures depending on the combination of parameters and medium.

In addition to water/steam, our products are also used in the chemical and petrochemical industries, where they come into contact with aggressive substances. In nuclear facilities, including the primary circuit, the equipment must be able to withstand potential exposure to ionising radiation.

Boiler bodies for energy industry

At MICo, we manufacture pressure systems for energy equipment, including thick-walled pressure vessels such as low-pressure and high-pressure boiler drums. For this type of product, we have our own bending, automatic welding and machining capacities.

Pressure vessels and columns for the chemical industry

We have supplied numerous pressure vessels and columns to chemical and petrochemical plants throughout our history. We manufacture from carbon steel, stainless steel and titanium.
